My experience was truly disappointing. The room was uncomfortable, with a poorly functioning AC. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the AC completely broke down, leaving us hot and restless. Additionally, some staff members were less than welcoming, which made us feel even more unwelcome in a place that should have felt like a retreat.

Our stay was fantastic! We booked a bungalow with friends and enjoyed visiting the local market and eco-parks nearby. The staff were super attentive, and the restaurant had great food. The pool area was a perfect spot to chill and have fun with our group. All in all, it made for an amazing trip at a great price.

My recent stay in pucallpa was a major improvement thanks to this hotel. The friendly staff went above and beyond, and the restaurant served excellent fresh dishes that amazed me. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and had a lovely atmosphere.
